I train your people to design and deliver training, handle resistance and evaluate what changed, and support them through their first sessions. This is the work I care about most.
200 people trained to train
- How to be a Gender Trainer since 2022: about 100 participants, several of whom later commissioned institutional work.
- Training of trainers for UN gender focal points, for UNODC, UNIDO, UNOV and IAEA staff in Vienna, and for UN Tourism’s Centre Stage in four countries.
- Co-drafted the UN-SWAP 3.0 indicator that sets how UN entities measure their training. Pedagogical framework for OAS/CIM, in Spanish.
